Having a blast at the riverside terrace! Who knew devouring hearty Bavarian cuisine could feel like winning a foodie marathon? With a stomach full of deliciousness, I hopped onto one of the free bicycles and pedaled through the scenic surroundings like a cycling champion.

The room was unbelievably clean, spacious and quiet. The friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. The restaurant was a local hotspot. Parking was a breeze.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a large and cosy room and bathroom. The location overlooking the river was picturesque, even in heavy snow. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even lending us a brush to clear the snow off our car. a very satisfying stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved with less seasoning in the food.

The location was absolutely stunning, overlooking a peaceful river and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Even in the snow, it was a sight to behold. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a brush to clear the snow off our car.

The lack of wifi, although it was only for one night and we managed without it. it would have been nice if the restaurant was still open, but we understand that there may be reasons for its closure.

The location was mind-blowing, with beautiful scenery and a peaceful river perfect for hiking, cycling, canoeing, and fishing. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was jaw-droppingly spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The restaurant had delicious food, although sometimes a bit busy. The little park for children to play in was a great bonus. Free wi-fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, lift, board games. No pets allowed, no smoking on site. Absolutely loved it!

my recent stay in kallmuenz was amazing, and Hotel & Pension "Zum Birnthaler" made it even better! The spacious room and beautiful river view were perfect for a cozy and relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the delicious food and reasonable prices were a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!
